Booking your first visit with Janzen & Chwa Orthodontics takes a minute. Fill in the form below and our team will call or text you to confirm a time, usually the same business day. Your first consultation is complimentary and no referral from a dentist is required.

What Happens Next
We’ll contact you to confirm a day and time that works around school or work, and answer any questions you have before you come in. At the visit itself, expect about 45 to 60 minutes: an exam, any records we need, a conversation about options, and a written estimate. Bring your dental insurance information and a list of any medications. If a child is the patient, bring the name of your family dentist. There is no charge for the visit whether or not you decide to start treatment, and nobody will be asked to sign anything on the day.
